Perform all duties relating to the geological aspects of drilling a well, including recording and maintaining information; log reading and interpretation; recommending and supervising tests and measurements; and advising in decisions regarding the subsurface strata encountered while drilling and logging the borehole. Provide complete and accurate daily progress reports, sample and/or core descriptions in a timely and efficient manner.
